Function Point Analysis (FPA) is a technique to break systems into smaller components, so they can be better understood and analyzed. This FPA methodology provides an objective, comparative measure that assists in the evaluation, planning, management and control of software production. Our training provides a complete and in-depth understanding of the Function Point Analysis technique based on the IFPUG Release 4.3 standard. You will learn the basics of how function points measure software by quantifying their user functionality based on the logical design, and how this method provides a structured technique for problem solving.
